Agave albopilosa

Agave albopilosa makes an attractive small ball of narrow leaves each one terminated by a small spine buried in a white tuft of fibers. These are great plants for growing in nice containers and showing off to your fellow cactus and succulent enthusiasts.

Agave albopilosa was described in 2007 from limestone outcrops south of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. These awesome little plants are related to Agave striata and have cool little tufts of fibers on the leaf tips. Grow your plant in a decorative pot, enter it in a cactus and succulent show and watch the jaws drop!
