Agave parrasana comes from higher elevation in Coahuila, Mexico, and forms a “cabbage-like” rosette of blue, blue-gray or sometimes blue-green leaves. Place these in full sun and keep on the dry side to get the tightest rosette. These have proven hardy to at least the mid-teens F.
