Description
Agave vazquezgarciae was describd in 2006 by Cházaro et. al. from southern Jalisco. It is related to Agave attenuata and Agave pedunculifera of the group Amolae. The plants are large, reaching 3-4 feet tall by 4-6 feet across with an open rosette of pale green or glaucous blue-green leaves. Presumably the plants will be frost sensitive and need winter protection.
