Astrophytum hybrid #2 Unique individual – 3-inch pot

Description

We collect seed off of our open pollinated Astrophytum plants and frequently get some unusually weird and beautiful hybrids. The Astrophytum hybrid pictured here is descended from Astrophytum asterias ‘Super Kabuto’ with some Astrophytum capricorne thrown in. This one is probably a third generation hybrid showing mostly ‘Super Kabuto’, but only has 6 ribs.
