Turbinicarpus horripilus has a small, green body covered with long, black and white spines and showy pink flowers. Naturally occurs in the state of Hidalgo in the Barranca de Metztitlan.
Turbinicarpus horripilus is an attractive plant densely covered with long white and white/black spines. The relatively large and colorful pink flowers occur near the top of the plant in the summer.
