Astrophytum myriostigma “quadricostatum” are four ribbed plants that appear in seed grown batches. They are the same as “normal” Astrophytum myriostigma in terms of flowers and flecking, and may or may not grow a fifth rib later in life ( see additional photo). Great to add to any Astrophytum collection!
Astrophytum myriostigma “quadricostatum” is a four ribbed plant that may, or may not, grow a fifth rib at some point in its life. It otherwise is much like the typical Astrophytum myriostigma with the same yellow flowers and dense, white flecking nearly obscuring the green body.
